Christmas Eve Drinks

I love hosting Christmas Eve dinner at my place, I find that it is a incredibly romantic and anticipatory evening, I like to make the night as simple as possible with champagne, fresh seafood (we are in Australia!), fresh flowers and family.  Tonight was no exception, we feasted on crayfish and traditional fish pie, later in the evening use the remains of the cray to make a pot of stock for a champagne and prawn risotto on Boxing day.  Perfect!  Wherever you are I hope you are having a beautiful Christmas Eve. xx
