Tonight's drinks are inspired the Rooftop Garden Bar at the Peninsula Hotel in Los Angles where I spent a very pleasant night a week or so ago, the bar has a great view over Beverly Hills and the couches, fire pit and pool compliments the twinkling lights of LA perfectly. A Sidecar is a suitable drink given the blossom and citrus fruit trees that abound this time of year in Beverly Hills. One of these tight, short Herve Leger dresses is my choice of dress for the evening. Happy Friday!
Sidecar
1 measure Cointreau
1 measure brandy/cognac
1 measure lemon juice
Shake with ice and strain into sugar-rimmed martini glass and garnish with a strip of lemon rind.
