It has been a hectic week so tonight I am in the mood for something strong and straight to the point, the perfect choice has to be a classic whiskey with loads of ice. A recent trip to Japan and a night out at New York Bar at the Tokyo Park Hyatt, made famous by the film Lost in Translation, has confirmed it as the perfect whiskey drinking haunt- dark and refined with the most incredible views of the twinkling lights of Tokyo.
