Friday Night Drinks



On a warm summer's evening there is nothing more appealing than a scoop of homemade lemon sorbet drowned in champagne.  As light and bubbly as air with the tang and sweetness of lemon and sugar it is guaranteed to lift the spirits.  Happy Friday!

    Love it. Love it! We don't do homemade, as the shop bought in France is superb. We always have a tub in the freezer.
