Im a big fan of everything Japanese so I was excited to get an invite from a girlfriend tonight to meet up at a new Japanese bar in the city. Warm sake, hot wasabi and cold sushi make a excellent combination and while it is unlikely that I will be wearing fans out in my hair tonight I do love the styling in this image by Galliano. I have a Japanese girlfriend whose first job (as a child) was to stand guard on a laid-out banqueting table and put the sea-creatures back on the plates after they had made attempts to crawl away and escape. I like wasabi, though.
